What is wrong with my phone?

okay so about three weeks ago i dropped my phone in the carwash gutter. i got it out and kept it in rice for a day. afterwards it worked fine but the keyboard would stop working randomly. but if i turned it off and turned it back on it would be fine. but today the keyboard hasnt been working at all! i dont know what to do. please help!!
