What can I do to help raise my IQ score, artificially if need be?

Ok, so the school district that I go to offers a gifted program. Most of the people in this program were tested in kindergarden.If they scored above 130 they then went to a gifted center once a week, and in middle school had a "stretch" cl. I was tested, and has a 40 point gap between my verbal and nonverbal IQ's, suggesting a learning a disability. Now I am an academically successful sopre, with some of the highest grades and test scores in the school. When I got a 210 on my PSAT our "Gifted Counselor" nominated me for the program, which basically is access to a bunch of academic programs outside of school. My theory is that i have at least partially overcome my LD. I would like access to these programs, but need to score above a 130 on the test. Can anyone tell me things to do before the test, and what things will be on the test so that i can prepare?
