Politically speaking, Why are "certain people" so hostile towards Jewish comedians?

In the collective unconscious, people are afraid at a deep level of anyone different than themselves. It was a survival thing. J Edgar Hoover was a very paranoid guy and a closet . Many Nazi's high up in office were ual's also. So perhaps people who feel they are "bad" can project it on someone worse (I love Jon Stewart and I'm Presbyterian like J Edgar Hoover)
