Puppy training problems! Please Help!?

I have recently gotten 2 puppies who are approx. 8 weeks old. They are Lab and Pit mix. I want to train them to go do their business outside and not in my house. My dog Daisy was doing good with it until last week when she just started randomly doing her business in the house when she first came in no matter how long I had her outside that day! I have tried puppy pads, etc and when (if) she goes outside, I do give her a treat- what am I doing wrong? I even tried soaking the pad with their "business" and putting it outside but no luck. My husbands dog roxy is smaller and still wants to sleep alot. Her main problem is that she will sit and whine LOUDLY at the front door for no reason..She and daisy both know the command NO but yet she is still doing the whole whine thing- What can I do to make her stop? She and Daisy both are girls and they are both sweet puppies just needed some help here- Im a first time dog owner and always had cats till now..OH- what can do to make them stop chewing on my hands and feet??? I have bought them even single toy the area offers including raw hide chews but instead of chewing on them, they want to chew on me, my flipflops, and pant legs- Im confused on this one! Help
