HOW is it possible to be CREATIVE with the boho fashion style?

Everyone claims that Sienna Miller, Nicole Richie and those 'boho queens' are so creative with their fashion style but i dont understand why as i thought boho was all about just chucking it on an getting the whole 'effortless' look
