Help me please???? I need some advice from a plumber or someone who knows about these things?
First off I apologize that the churches in the area were not willing to help, that is what the church is here for. Secondly unless the drain is plugged and full of water that freezes it will not burst. It is possible for the water supply lines to freeze, but if there is adequate insulation in your walls this should not happen. As the small supply lines are exposed, they are prone to freezing if it gets cold enough. The heat tape and making sure your skirting is more weathertight is a good idea. I hope this reures you a little, and I hope things improve.
