North Korea calls for end to hostile relations with the US. Do you trust them on this?

Its too early to form a judgement based on trust, i do think this is a major movement on the part of the North Koreans and diplomatically, not one to be missed. I think the US should grasp this opportunity and be transparent in their response in order that the world can make a proper essment of the intentions of the North Korean government. I could just be that there is significant change afoot in the PRNK and any form of immediate rejection at this time could set the diplomacy back years, Its also just possible that we have the right man in the white house at the right time.
