If the death penalty was off the table,would KC Anthony be going in prison?

I don't know but I am very sad for this little girl who should have had tremendous love and value in this life and instead ended up dying and being dumped in a swap with no regard. No justice here at all. I don't understand how she was acquitted of child neglect or abuse too.. Not reporting your child missing, attending parties during that time, and making up a nanny and lying at every turn, is very disturbing to me.
