African Dwarf Frog Choking?

I bought an African dwarf frog a couple of days ago from PJ's pet store. From what I've read on the internet, I'm pretty sure she's a girl. I'm worried though because right now she's sitting at the bottom of the tank and it looks like her throat is swollen. She keeps on flicking it with her front legs and then it looks like she'll have swallowed and the swelling goes away. Then seconds later, it comes back and she repeats the process. I also have guppies in the tanks and it's possible that one had fry recently. Could she be eating the fry and it's fighting back. Or is that the way they eat period? This is my first frog so I don't have very much experience.
